Ublik Green
is a project involving two sites in the village of Ublik, 4 km apart:
First – Ublik Green Cottages on the lake, with its own beach and pier , on a vast area (3 hectares). We focus on an active lifestyle, so the rental price includes boats, kayaks, sups and mountain bikes. Mazurian Bike Loop (MPR) with miles of trails around the lakes right next door.
Second – Ublik Station Apartments in a restored, historic building of a pre-war railroad station, surrounded by greenery. Designer, large apartments with kitchens, garden, close to Ublik Wielki and Mały lakes. About 10 minutes walk from the intimate community beach. Mountain bikes included in the rental price.
Ublik Green Cottages
Lake, nature, space without fences and fences, architecture designed with respect for tradition. Simple design, minimalism, lots of light coming in through panoramic windows. The cottages are located on a vast site (3 hectares), in a remote area, away from neighbors. They were created as three independent, individualized projects, on separate, adjacent plots of land:

Green Wind Cottages
It is three houses for 4 people of 65m2 with a mezzanine: Upper, Middle and Lower, directly on the lake with its own shoreline and private pier on a plot of 5 thousandm2. Lump and colors reminiscent of traditional Masurian houses. In each a panoramic window overlooking the lake, with a bench for contemplating nature and a fireplace for cold days.
100-160 m from the shore with a pier.
Cottage Black
Wooden Black cottage, for 4 people with an area of 45m2. on a plot of 3 thousandm2. with a large terrace, own access to the lake (250 m) and to the pier in Ublik Green Wind, on a hill, from which through the panoramic windows you can see the lake and wonderful sunsets. The fireplace, the warmth and the smell of wood create an atmosphere in the evening and on cold days.
The cottage stands on the other side of the gravel road, 250 meters from Ublik Green Wind and the shore.
Cottages Glade
It’s two 42m2 wooden-brick cottages for 4 people: Grey and White, with access to the lake (300 m) with large terraces amidst meadows. From the panoramic windows you can see only nature, moraine hills, forest and sunrises in the morning. In each a fireplace for cold days.
The cottages stand on the other side of the gravel road, 300m from Ublik Wind and the shore.
Station Apartments
A unique project in Ublik, a fascinating architectural adventure in arranging old interiors. A restored brick building of a pre-war railroad station. Here there is soul, atmosphere, designer large apartments with fireplaces and two-level lofts. Surrounded by the soothing greenery of an extensive garden.
Right next to the beautiful lakes Ublik Wielki and Ublik Mały, with their turquoise color, meadows, forests and bike trails.
